OVERVIEW

PetConnect's general terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer place an order via http://www.petconnect.se. You then enter into a binding agreement with PetConnect. Please read the terms and conditions before placing an order. The terms and conditions may be updated, so we ask that you read them before each order placed.

Once we have received your order or membership subscription, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. This order confirmation is your receipt. PetConnect reserves the right against price adjustments and any technical problems with the site, as well as any typing or image errors, and reserves the right to correct any errors afterwards when the order is processed manually.

Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms of the order confirmation, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All images on the site should be seen as examples and do not guarantee the exact appearance of the product. PetConnect is not responsible for third-party information on the site, such as material descriptions or care instructions.

Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you must inform your parent or guardian about our terms and conditions and our privacy policy before shopping from petconnect.se or using the website's services. if you have provided incorrect personal information. By entering into an agreement with PetConnect, you agree that you have read the information about personal information and consent to the use of name, personal information, and cookies.

PAYMENT & PRICES

We use Stripe as a payment solution. There are several payment methods available with Stripe. You can pay securely by card, bank transfer, or other direct payment. By filling in your details, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. All prices on the site are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and VAT Free. Additional charges may apply for particular event bookings in the future.

MEMBERSHIP PLAN

Becoming a member is the best way to support our business and be part of the community. Our membership includes a one-time setup fee of 5 SEK will be charged. With a 3-day free trial, followed by a monthly subscription of 50 SEK. Payments are automatically deducted after the trial period and will continue on a monthly basis until you cancel your subscription. To access any member-exclusive features, activities, or discounts on the website, you must maintain an active membership. Access will be revoked if the subscription is canceled or inactive. The free trial is available only once per user. Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly access the free trial is not allowed and may result in removal from the platform or restriction of access.

PARTNER ORGANIZATION RIGHTS

PetConnect is a Sweden-based platform dedicated to providing pet adoption information and application services. We independently research and gather information from animal shelter organizations that we believe align with our platform’s purpose and values. If you are a representative of an organization listed on our platform and you do not wish to be featured, or if you believe any of the information we have published is inaccurate or outdated, you have the right to request removal or correction. To do so, please contact us at petconnect.se@gmail.com with a clear explanation of the issue and your reason for the request. Once your complaint is reviewed and approved, PetConnect will update or remove the relevant information from our website and/or social media within 14 days of receiving the request.

ADOPTION DISCLAIMER

Please note that PetConnect.se is an informational platform and does not directly participate in or manage the adoption process of any listed organization. Our goal is to help users discover and connect with animal shelters more easily by providing publicly available or verified information. All adoption procedures, decisions, and responsibilities are handled entirely by the respective organizations. This ensures that we respect and do not interfere with their independent operations. If you have questions or need assistance related to an adoption, please contact the organization directly. In the event of any issues, risks, or emergencies related to an adoption, it is your responsibility to notify the shelter or rescue group you are working with. PetConnect protects your personal privacy. In our privacy policy we have described in detail how we save and analyze personal data. When purchasing, you register your personal data yourself and then agree that PetConnect stores and uses this information so that we can fulfill and provide our part of the agreement and give you the service expected.
