Göteborgs Djurskyddsförening
Animals adoption service in Mölndal City
Västra Götalands county.
Göteborgs Djurskyddsförening began its activities as early as 1869 as the Society of Friends of Small Birds. We care for abandoned and found small domestic animals, mainly from government shelters, and provide them with veterinary and professional care. We also educate the public on animal welfare and rights and advocate for better treatment of animals. Injured wild animals are taken to specialized centers for rehabilitation. Feeding wild birds in winter remains one of our ongoing efforts.

How to Adopt from Göteborgs Djurskyddsförening?
Our platform does not directly assist with the adoption process. We simply provide information to help you more easily search for animal shelters. All adoption procedures must be handled through the respective organizations. This ensures we do not interfere with their operations. If you need any assistance, feel free to contact us!

Then what?
The organization will respond to you as soon as they can, but because prioritizing the care of the animals is important, the organization does not always have time to get back to you as quickly as it would like.
